Arby’s Fundraising: How to Kick your Fundraising Up a Notch

If you’re looking to fundraise for your charity, school, or college club, some delicious sandwiches is just the ticket. Along with great flavors and a friendly environment, Arby’s prides itself on involvement in local communities. They actively look to help local schools, churches, non-profits, and other organizations within their community, which is why when you host an Arby’s fundraising event, they’ll give 20% of your group’s orders back to your cause.

Keep reading to learn all about how Arby’s fundraising works and why it is the perfect choice for your group.

Setting Up Arby’s Fundraising

Follow the steps below to set up your own Arby’s fundraising event; it only takes 1 minute!

  1. Choose a Arby’s location that’s close-by for your group and its supporters
  2. Select a date and time that’s good for your group and its supporters
  3. Complete some basic info about your group
  4. Submit your request!

Get that request sent at least 2 weeks before your intended fundraising date so that the restaurant has time to respond to your request. It doesn’t matter whether you are a PTA, college club, charity, or church – any group can fundraise!

Once your event is confirmed, it’s time to spread the word and gather RSVPs. Attendees can be family, friends, group members, or anyone that will come to support your event. The more people you bring, the merrier! Want to make sure your event is a hit? We’ve put together all of our best practices and tips on how to promote and host a successful restaurant fundraiser here.

After that, all your group members will need to do is choose which sandwiches to order! There’s no set up, no clean up, and no hassle. Show up on the day of your event with everyone you love, tell the restaurant staff that you’ve come to support your group’s cause, and enjoy a great experience. Your supporters’ takeout orders may also count towards your fundraiser – check with the restaurant beforehand to confirm.

Within 4-6 weeks after the event, expect a check in the mail for 20% of the total sales from your event. Cha-ching! You can hold an unlimited amount of fundraisers at Arby’s, so feel free to make it a monthly or quarterly tradition.

Why fundraise at Arby’s?

Arby’s is known for their excellent sandwiches, including roast beef and cheddar and turkey and swiss. But they also have some tasty side dishes such as macaroni and cheese, curly fries, and mozzarella sticks. Whatever you choose, you’re in for a fantastic meal. Your supporters will also enjoy choosing from a wide range of menu possibilities. Check out the Arby’s website for more info about their menu.

To top it all off, with an average menu price of $8, it’s a budget-friendly option for all of your friends and family.

What are you waiting for?

Now that you are familiar with the mouth-watering fundraising opportunities available, schedule your organization’s next fundraiser with Arby’s! It’s sure to be the hottest fundraiser this year!
