Organizing your Chick-fil-A Spirit Night

Follow the steps below to set up your own Chick-fil-A Spirit Night; it only takes 1 minute!

  1. Choose your Chick-fil-A location.
  1. Select a convenient date and time for your group.
  1. Tell us about your group and how many people will attend.
  1. Click Submit.

Simple, right?

Keep in mind, you will need to request your fundraiser at least 2 weeks in advance because the restaurant will have 1 week to respond to your request. The sooner you book, the sooner it gets approved, and the sooner you can start promoting your fundraiser!

Once you get the confirmation, blast your event’s unique GroupRaise Meal Page to all your family, friends, and supporters so they can RSVP. Facebook, Instagram, email, phone calls–use it all. The more people attend, the more money you earn for your group or charity! Check out our Ultimate Fundraising Guide for more tips and tricks for setting up a marvelous event.

Next, your attendees just need to show up during your event’s time slot and tell the cashier they’re dining to support your cause. No setup, no teardown, no hassle–just tell everyone to show up hungry. Everyone will be dying to get their hands on some tasty sandwiches!

Then, 4-6 weeks after your event, you will find a check in your mailbox for 15% of the total amount spent. It’s as easy as that!

Why host a Chick-fil-A fundraising meal?

Chances are, Chick-fil-A is already in the weekly restaurant rotation for many families and students, especially with a budget-friendly average meal price of $7. Why not take advantage of this opportunity and have 15% of the proceeds go back to your group or charity?

Chick-fil-A is known for their egg-cellent breakfast options, chicken nuggets, sandwiches and waffle fries, but did you know they also carry gluten-free items such as grilled nuggets, fruit cups, and yogurt parfaits? If you’re looking for a Paleo lunch, go for their 12-piece grilled nuggets with a superfood side salad, and for dinner, try their Grilled Market or Spicy Southwest Salad. No Chicken? No Problem. Chick-fil-A happily includes menu items for our vegetarian and vegan friends.

Chick-fil-A isn’t just any fast food joint. They care about giving back to their customers and the communities they serve and show it by donating excess food to nearby shelters, granting employee scholarships, and hosting spirit nights. The best part about partnering with Chick-fil-A is anyone can fundraise, and there is no maximum to how much you can raise!
