Five Guys and Even More Funds: Your Guide to Five Guys Fundraising

Remember the last time you wandered into a Five Guys and just couldn’t resist that heavenly smell? Now, with Five Guys fundraising, you can have their mouth-watering burgers PLUS loads of funds for your nonprofit group or organization. Here’s how!

How it Works

The Five Guys fundraising process is simple and when it’s all said and done, they’ll donate 20% of the total event sales back to your group!

  1. Find the perfect Five Guys location for your group and its supporters
  2. Choose your date and time
  3. Fill out some basic information about your organization
  4. Show up on the day of your event to eat and earn!

Once you’ve submitted your Five Guys fundraiser request, all you need to do is what comes naturally: Make plans with friends and family, talk and post on social media about your event, and spread the word! You can use your personalized Meal Page to keep track of RSVPs and automatically remind all those hungry attendees the day-of of your event.

On the day of your event, just bring your appetites to that glorious red-and-white counter. Be sure each of your supporters lets the cashier know that they’re there to support your group’s cause!

After that, your organization can look for a check straight from Five Guys for 20% of what your group and its supporters devoured on the day of your event! It’s as simple as wiping your hands after that last crispy french fry.

The Bottom of the Bag

Here’s everything else you’ll need to know in order to host your group’s yummiest fundraiser yet!

Order Up!

You’ll need to submit your request 2 weeks before your desired fundraising date so Five Guys has time to prepare for all your hungry supporters to show up on the day of your event. Your group will use the brief wait to work up their own appetites and to spread the word to the organization’s hungriest supporters!

Bring More than 5 Guys

Five Guys staff will be there on the day of your event, ready to serve up anything and everything your group’s supporters might order, but it’s still up to you to get people there in the name of your cause. For our best tips on how to get a LOT of people to attend your event, check out our blog post here.

When it comes to rallying your organization’s supporters, you’ll want to take the task seriously: Five Guys is only able to honor fundraisers that bring at least 20 people to their counter. But hey, if even 4 of your group members brings 5 guys, you’ll be in great shape!

Go Back for Seconds

You’re free to partner with Five Guys as often as you wantand with an average price of $15, you’ll be able to raise a big chunk of change for your organization!
