How to Book a honeygrow Fundraiser

honeygrow is a restaurant that offers high quality, wholesome, simple foods to local communities. GroupRaise is an online platform that allows restaurants to host a fundraiser program where groups of 20-200+ people order from a local restaurante, in exchange for a percentage of their sales to be donated to a charitable cause. In this article, we will explain how to book a honeygrow fundraiser with GroupRaise.

How to set up a honeygrow Fundraiser

A honeygrow fundraiser is a great option for PTAs, college students, clubs and non-profit organizations.

You can easily set up a restaurant fundraiser with honeygrow using the GroupRaise platform. Below you’ll find a detailed description to help you with each step.

Set Up an Account:

First, create an account with GroupRaise.

Create Your Group:

You’ll be asked to create a group profile so that the restaurant gets to know your cause.

Before hitting the Submit button, verify that all your details are correct.

Visit the Home Page:

Once logged in to your account, click the GroupRaise home page.

Search near your address:

Using the search bar you can find honeygrow locations giving back near you.

When you enter your address or city, GroupRaise will fetch you all the available restaurants in your locality. From the list you can select the nearest honeygrow restaurant to book your event.

Click the location and move next.

Book a Date:

Once you click the location, it will take you to the next screen where you’ll be able to reserve the best date for your organization.

Normally you’ll have to book a meal at least two weeks in advance. Tip: The bolded dates mean they are open for fundraisers.

On this page you’ll also be able to select the time range for your event.

Once you’ve decided the date, click Next.

Estimated Attendance:

Here you will have to provide an estimated number of participants. This will help honeygrow and yourself set expectations for your meal.

Once you add the estimated number of participants, it will fetch you the Estimated Fundraising Return.

Review:

Make sure that you have read the honeygrow Policies before clicking the Review option.

Share it — Everywhere!

Once honeygrow confirms your fundraising event, you can move forward with promotion. Share posts on social media sites such as Facebook, Instagram and Twitter and immediately inform your family and friends so that they can invite their network too.

Enjoy the Meal & Enjoy your Donation:

Finally, on the day of the event you simply enjoy a meal with your community and 20% of the sales are donated back to your cause.
