Fundraising with Food– Hosting a Moe’s Fundraiser

If you’re looking for a simple, fun, and delicious way to raise money for your organization, look no further than the Moe’s fundraiser. Whether you’re raising money for your sorority, PTA, or local non-profit, hosting an event at Moe’s can be a great way to raise money for your cause.

If this is your first time utilizing the power of fajitas as a fundraising tool, read on to learn everything you need to know about hosting a fundraiser with Moe’s Southwest Grill.

How It Works

With their family-friendly atmosphere and budget-friendly prices, Moe’s fundraising can be a great option for all types of organization. Through their partnership with GroupRaise, they’ve made fundraising a breeze.

1. Pick a Date & Time

The first step to hosting your event is picking a date and time that will work for your group. Requests should be submitted at least 2 weeks in advance.  This is to give the restaurant location time to prepare for the event, and to give your organization time to spread the word.

2. Promote

When the restaurant confirms your request, it’s time to spread the word! Share your personalized Meal Page, promote your event on social media, and invite friends and family to support a great cause by sharing some great food.

For more tips on how to maximize the turn-out at your event, check out our Ultimate Guide to Fundraising.

3. Eat & Enjoy

You booked the date and promoted the event: now all that’s left to do is eat.

Sit back, relax and share a delicious meal with friends and family. 20% of the total sales from the event will be donated to your group by check within 4 – 6 weeks following the event.

Is a Moe’s fundraiser right for me?

A restaurant fundraiser is much more enticing than your everyday cupcake sale. Hosting an event at Moe’s is the perfect way to stand out and attract attention.

Plus, Moe’s is known for great food. In our years of helping organizers host fundraisers, we’ve learned that the greater the popularity the restaurant, the more likely people are to attend. It’ll be hard to say no to one of the best Mexican restaurants in town.

Moe’s Southwestern Grill offers a wide selection of tasty Mexican food that will draw in supporters from all over. From a healthy Power Quinoa to good old nachos and guacamole, there’s something here to serve every taste.

A Moe’s fundraiser perfect for groups that value spending time with one another. There is no better way to connect with people than to come together over a delicious meal for an awesome cause.

The lure of good tacos + the feeling of giving back to the community = a winning combination!
