How Papa Gino’s Fundraising Works

In just one minute, with a few clicks, you can schedule your own Papa Gino’s fundraising event by following the steps below:

  1. Choose a location near you
  2. Select a date and time that works well for your group
  3. Fill out some basic info about your group
  4. Submit!

After your group’s information has been submitted – at least 2 weeks before your desired fundraiser date – the request is sent to the restaurant to be reviewed and approved. Please note: Papa Gino’s welcomes groups with a W-9 form, which simply shows that your organization pays taxes.

When your Papa Gino’s fundraising event is confirmed, you’ll spend the days leading up to your event spreading the word by posting on social media, reaching out to friends and family, and shouting from the rooftops until all your supporters have heard the best news ever: “Come eat pizza for a great cause!”

During your event, your attendees just have to mention that they are dining in support of your organization, and a percentage of their order will be donated back. Then, in the weeks following your event, you’ll receive a check from Papa Gino’s for 20% of the sales made in the name of your organization.

Once you’ve seen for yourself how easy and fun Papa Gino’s fundraising is, you’ll be itching to host another event. Good news: you can hold as many as you want!
