Putting Together a Popeyes Fundraising Event

Requesting a fundraising event at Popeyes takes just 1 minute:

  1. Choose a Popeyes location
  2. Select a date and time that’s convenient for your group
  3. Tell us a little about your organization
  4. Click submit!

It doesn’t matter whether you are a PTA, college club, charity, or church – any group can fundraise!

Make sure to submit your request at least 2 weeks before you want to hold the event. After you send your request, the restaurant will respond within 7 days.

Once your event is approved, it’s time to promote! Spread the word to all your supporters and send them to your event’s unique Meal Page, where they can RSVP and learn more about the event.

Want to make sure your event is a hit? We’ve put together all of our best practices and tips on how to promote and host a successful restaurant fundraiser.

When your group and its fans arrive day-of, there’s no set-up, no work during the event, and zero clean-up. Just be sure that each of your supporters alerts the restaurant staff that they’re on a twofold mission: 1) Dig into some tasty fried chicken and 2) support your group’s cause!

After the event, Popeyes will send you the check for the total within 4-6 weeks.

You can hold as many Popeyes fundraising events as you want. Go ahead and request your next one, if you like!
