Signing Up for a Potbelly Fundraising Event

Requesting a fundraising event at Potbelly takes just 1 minute:

  1. Choose your favorite Potbelly location
  2. Select a date and time range for your fundraiser
  3. Provide your group’s information
  4. Click submit!

It doesn’t matter whether you are a PTA, college club, charity, or church – any group can fundraise!

Make sure to submit your request at least 2 weeks before you want to hold the event. After you send your request, the restaurant will respond within 7 days.

In the weeks and days leading up to your event, just spread the word to your group’s supporters. Make flyers, social media posts, go door-to-door, and share your event’s customized GroupRaise Meal Page so supporters can RSVP and get an email reminder on the day of your event!

Check out our post about how to promote and host a successful restaurant fundraiser for more tips and advice.

After that, all your group members will need to do is choose which sandwiches to order! There’s no set up, no clean up, and no hassle. Show up day-of with everyone you love, tell the restaurant staff that you’ve come to support your group’s cause, and enjoy a fantastic experience!

Finally, the restaurant will send you a check with the total donation amount 4-6 weeks after your event.

What’s more, there’s no limit to the amount of fundraisers you can host with Potbelly – so go all out if you want!
