How Quickly Fundraising Works

Setting up your event takes less than 1 minute. All you’ll need to do is:

  1. Choose a Quickly location that’s close-by for your group and its supporters
  2. Select a date and time that’s good for your group and its supporters
  3. Fill in your group information and estimate how many people will RSVP
  4. Hit Submit. Pretty easy, right?

Put in your request at least 2 weeks before your desired event date. Then, within 7 days, the restaurant will respond to your request. All types of groups can fundraise, from college clubs to charities to PTAs and more!

Once your event is approved, it’s time to promote! Spread the word to all your supporters and send them to your event’s unique Meal Page, where they can RSVP and learn more about the event. Check out our tips and tricks to boost attendance here: How to Host a Successful Fundraiser.

Day-of, every person that comes to the restaurant during your event and says they’re with your organization will have a portion of their bill added to your donation total. Delicious bubble tea + a fun time with your supporters + funds for your group = the best fundraiser ever! Finally, within 4-6 weeks after your fundraiser, Quickly will send your organization a check for 15% of the sales from your group.

Get this: there’s no limit to the number of Quickly fundraising events you can host. That means there’s unlimited potential to how much your organization could earn!

Why fundraise at Quickly?

If you haven’t had bubble tea before, you’re in for a treat! This unique milk-based drink comes with beads of tapioca at the bottom and Quickly is the best place to find it. Not only will the bubble tea at Quickly wow your attendees, they’ll also enjoy the other drinks such as slushies and smoothies. Getting hungry? Try Asian snacks such as crab cheese wontons and rice bowls. Your supporters will enjoy choosing from a wide range of menu possibilities. Still curious to learn more about their options? Check out their menu on the Quickly website.

Finally, with an average menu price of just $4, families and college students on a budget will feel comfortable spending a night out at Quickly.

Brew Up the Fundraising

Multiply 15% donation back by how easy it is to gather people for some fun and delicious bubble tea, and what do you get? A chance to change the world. As delicious as everything on Quickly’s menu is, the restaurant’s dedication to making a positive impact on the world may be even more satisfying. Take the first step by checking out participating locations near you!
