How to Raise Money for your Cause with Quiznos Fundraising

Quiznos needs no introduction – they have been a fan favorite for decades.

Now Quiznos is going above and beyond by giving back to local fundraising groups. When you host a Quiznos fundraising event, they will donate 15% back to your cause!

Here’s how to make it happen.

How It Works

Requesting a fundraising event at Quiznos takes just 1 minute:

  1. Choose a Quiznos location
  2. Select a date and time that works well for your group
  3. Provide basic information about your organization
  4. Hit Submit. Pretty easy, right?

After your group’s information has been submitted – at least 2 weeks before your desired fundraiser date – the request is sent to the restaurant to be reviewed and approved. All groups are welcome to fundraise at Quiznos.

Once the restaurant confirms your event, it’s time to start promoting! Log into your social media accounts and notify your friends, family, and supporters about your Quiznos fundraising event. Share your event’s GroupRaise Meal Page, so supporters can RSVP and get an email reminder on the day of the fundraiser. The more people that attend, the more you’ll raise for your organization! Check out our post – How to Host a Successful Restaurant Fundraiser – for more tips and tricks for setting up an unforgettable event.

During your event, your attendees just have to mention that they are dining in support of your organization, and a percentage of their order will be donated back. After the event, Quiznos will send you the check for the total donation amount within 4-6 weeks.

Get this: there’s no limit to the number of Quiznos fundraising events you can host. That means there’s unlimited potential to how much your organization could earn!

Is a Quiznos fundraising event right for me?

If you love tasty sandwiches and fun, easy fundraising, then yes! Choose from classic Italian sandwiches or go for apple harvest chicken salads – you’ll be happy either way. What’s more, everyone in your group will be satisfied by the variety of options. Quiznos happily includes menu items for our vegetarian friends. There are gluten-sensitive options too! For more info about the selection, check out the Quiznos website.

Finally, with an average menu price of just $8, families and college students on a budget will feel comfortable spending a night out at Quiznos.

Gather Your Group!

By hosting a Quiznos fundraising event, you’ll be able to spread the word about your organization and come together and meet the family and friends of your group members. You can even make a Quiznos fundraiser a monthly or quarterly event for your group. While everyone is relaxing and bonding over great sandwiches in a family-friendly environment, your organization is getting 15% back towards your fundraising goals!
