Organizing Your Round Table Pizza Fundraising Event

With a few clicks, you can set up a Round Table Pizza fundraising event in one minute. Just follow the steps below:

  1. Choose a Round Table Pizza near you
  2. Select a date and time that’s good for your group and its supporters
  3. Complete some basic info about your group
  4. Submit your request!

Make sure to submit your request at least 2 weeks before your event date. Then, Round Table Pizza has 7 days to respond to your request. Any group can fundraise: college clubs, churches, school PTAs, you name it!

Then, once your Round Table Pizza fundraising event is approved, you’ll spend the days leading up to your event spreading the word by posting on social media, reaching out to friends and family, and shouting from the rooftops until all your supporters have heard the best news ever: “Come eat pizza for a great cause!” Are you a first-time fundraiser or looking to boost the attendance of your event? Check out our top tips and tricks for How to Host a Successful Fundraiser.

Day-of, be sure your group and its supporters are armed with lots of napkins, their favorite stretch-pants, and this info: There’s no set-up, no cleanup, and no work required the day of the event (unless you count narrowing down your menu choices!). Everyone who shows up to support your cause must inform the staff that, although they’re most definitely there for the pizza, they’ll primarily be eating in the name of your organization.

Finally, Round Table Pizza will donate a portion of your fundraiser’s total sales back to your group. Within 4-6 weeks after the event, expect a check in the mail for 15% of the total sales from your event. Plus, you can hold an unlimited amount of fundraisers at Round Table Pizza, so feel free to make it a monthly or quarterly tradition!
