Trying to raise funds for your organization or favorite cause can seem impossible when you’re unsure of how to go about it. When you host a TOGO’S fundraising event, they will donate 15-20% of your group’s sales back to your cause!

 

Here’s how your organization can work with TOGO’S to raise plenty of dough:

TOGO’S Fundraising

Fundraising with TOGO’S is just as easy and even more rewarding than digging into some delicious sandwiches. It only takes 1 minute to set up! You’ll want to:

  1. Choose your TOGO’S location
  2. Select a date and time range for your fundraiser
  3. Fill out some key information about your group, including the expected number of guests
  4. Click submit!

Keep in mind, you will need to request your fundraiser at least 2 weeks in advance because the restaurant will have 1 week to respond to your request. The sooner you book, the sooner it gets approved, and the sooner you can start promoting your fundraiser!

 

** Please note: TOGO’S requires a W9 form to approve your event. You can attach it to your profile or send it to the restaurant contact. You do not need to be a non-profit organization to fill out a W9 form. More information on a W9 Form here.

 

When your request has been approved, it’s time to promote the event to your supporters. Spread the word on social media such as Facebook, Instagram and other platforms to create awareness and excitement, and get everyone ready for a deliciously fun event! Attendees can RSVP on GroupRaise’s Meal Page, which will remind them of the deliciousness that awaits them at that blessed TOGO’S. After that, all your group members will need to do is choose which sandwiches to order! There’s no set up, no clean up, and no hassle. Show up on the day of your event with everyone you love, tell the restaurant staff that you’ve come to support your group’s cause, and enjoy a fantastic experience. Takeout orders may also count towards your fundraiser – check with the restaurant ahead of time to be sure.

 

Finally, within 4-6 weeks after the event, expect a check in the mail for 15-20% of the total sales from your event. Once you’ve seen for yourself how easy and fun TOGO’S fundraising is, you’ll be itching to host another event. Good news: you can hold as many as you want!
