After your group’s information has been submitted – at least 2 weeks before your desired fundraiser date – the request is sent to the restaurant to be reviewed and approved. All groups are welcome to fundraise at Toppers Pizza!
In the weeks and days leading up to your event, just spread the word to your group’s supporters. Make flyers, social media posts, go door-to-door, and share your event’s customized GroupRaise Meal Page so supporters can RSVP and get an email reminder on the day of your event! On the event day, come with your friends, family, supporters, and appetite! Just make sure attendees mention that they’re with your organization and the restaurant will handle the rest. Within 4-6 weeks after the event, expect a check in the mail for 20% of the total sales from your event. Cha-ching!
