How It Works

Fundraising with Veggie Grill is just as easy and even more rewarding than digging into a delicious veggie bowl. It only takes 1 minute to set up! You’ll want to:

  1. Choose a Veggie Grill location that’s close-by for your group and its supporters
  2. Select a date and time
  3. Fill out some basic info about your organization
  4. Submit!

Make sure to submit your request at least 2 weeks before your event date. Then, Veggie Grill has 7 days to respond to your request. Any group can fundraise: college clubs, churches, school PTAs, you name it!

Once the restaurant confirms your event, it’s time to start promoting! Log into your social media accounts and notify your friends, family, and supporters about your Veggie Grill fundraising event. Share your event’s GroupRaise Meal Page, so supporters can RSVP and get an email reminder on the day of the fundraiser. The more people that attend, the more you’ll raise for your organization! Check out our tips and tricks to boost attendance here: How to Host a Successful Fundraiser.

Then, on the day of your fundraiser, enjoy tasty vegetarian food while supporting your organization at the same time! During your event, your attendees simply have to show up during your time window and mention that they are dining in support of your organization, and a portion of their order will be donated back to your cause. When the lights go down on the day of your fundraiser, Veggie Grill will calculate your group’s total earnings and send you a check within 4-6 weeks.

Once you’ve seen for yourself how easy and fun Veggie Grill fundraising is, you’ll be itching to host another event. Good news: you can hold as many as you want!
