Setting Up Your Which Wich Fundraising Event

Setting up a Which Wich fundraising event is pretty straightforward. You can do it in one minute! Just follow the steps below:

  1. Choose your location
  2. Select a date and time range for your fundraiser
  3. Fill out some basic info about your group
  4. Hit Submit. Pretty easy, right?

Whether you’re part of a college club, church, sports team, or PTA, you can fundraise with Which Wich – all groups are welcome! After your group’s information has been submitted – at least 2 weeks before your desired fundraiser date – the request is sent to the restaurant to be reviewed and approved.

Once your event is confirmed, it’s time to spread the word and gather RSVPs. Attendees can be family, friends, group members, or anyone that will come to support your event. The more people you bring, the merrier! Check out our tips and tricks to boost attendance here: How to Host a Successful Fundraiser.

When your group and its fans arrive day-of, there’s no set-up, no work during the event, and zero clean-up. Just be sure that each of your supporters alerts the staff that they’re on a twofold mission: 1) Dig into some tasty sandwiches and 2) support your group’s cause! Finally, 4-6 weeks after your event, you’ll receive a check in the mail with the total donation amount. It’s as easy as that!

What’s more, there’s no limit to the amount of fundraisers you can host with Which Wich – so go all out if you want!
