Organizing Your Wingstop Fundraising Event

Making a request takes just 1 min:

  1. Choose a Wingstop location that’s close-by for your group and its supporters
  2. Select a date and time range for your fundraiser
  3. Provide basic information about your organization
  4. Hit Submit. Pretty easy, right?

It doesn’t matter whether you are a PTA, college club, charity, or church – any group can fundraise!

After you’ve submitted your selected dates and information 2 weeks in advance of your fundraiser, the restaurant has 7 days to respond to your request.

With a Wingstop fundraising event, you’ll spend the days leading up to your event spreading the word by posting on social media, reaching out to friends and family, and shouting from the rooftops until all your supporters have heard the best news ever: “Come eat chicken wings for a great cause!”

Check out our post about how to promote/host a successful restaurant fundraiser for more tips and advice.

On the day of your event, just show up and get ready to enjoys some tasty chicken wings! Let the restaurant staff know that you are dining in support of your group and 10% of your order will go towards your cause.

Finally, 4-6 weeks after your event, you’ll receive a check in the mail with the total donation amount. It’s as easy as that!

You can hold an unlimited amount of fundraisers at Wingstop, so feel free to make it a monthly or quarterly tradition!
