How do I organize a YogurtLand fundraising event?

YogurtLand has made it easy for local organizations to request a fundraiser with them – it only takes 1 minute. Simply:

  1. Choose a YogurtLand location that’s close-by for your group and its supporters
  2. Select a date and time that’s good for your group and its supporters
  3. Tell us about your group and how many people will attend
  4. Submit!

Please note: YogurtLand welcomes groups with a W-9 form, which simply shows that your organization pays taxes.

Keep in mind, you will need to request your fundraiser at least 2 weeks in advance because the restaurant will have 1 week to respond to your request. The sooner you book, the sooner it gets approved, and the sooner you can start promoting your fundraiser!

Once you get the confirmation, blast your event’s unique GroupRaise Meal Page to all your family, friends, and supporters so they can RSVP. Facebook, Instagram, email, phone calls – use it all. The more people attend, the more money you earn for your group or charity!

Want to make sure your event is a hit? We’ve put together all of our best practices and tips on how to promote and host a successful restaurant fundraiser.

After that, all your group members will need to do is choose which fro-yo to enjoy! There’s no set up, no clean up, and no hassle. Show up on the day of your event with everyone you love, tell the staff that you’ve come to support your group’s cause, and enjoy a fantastic experience!

Finally, the restaurant will send you a check with the total donation amount 4-6 weeks after your event.

Once you’ve seen for yourself how easy and fun YogurtLand fundraising is, you’ll be itching to host another event. Good news: you can hold as many as you want!
