How it Works

To get started, you’ll need to:

  1. Launch Your Campaign – head over to the campaign request page, where you’ll be prompted to set your donation goal, campaign start and end date, and other essential details for your fundraiser.
  2. Spread the Word – once your campaign is up and running, you’ll receive a personalized Purchase Page. Share this page with your supporters far and wide!
  3. Delight in the Tasty Wings – as the orders pour in, it’s time to savor the mouthwatering Applebee’s Boneless Wings with your supporters.
  4. Reap the Rewards – once the end date has passed, you will receive an email with the results of your campaign and a check will be mailed for your total donation.

Once you’ve requested a campaign, it is typically approved within 1-3 business days. You will receive an email notification if your campaign is approved and then it’s time to promote!

All that’s left is to share your Campaign Promotion Page on social media, send an email blast to your friends and family, anything to spread the word to your community about how they can give back–and get great benefits in the process! We provide over 20 custom promo tools to help you do this.

Supporters can give back to your organization by ordering Applebee’s Boneless Wings for themselves or as a gift from your unique Campaign Promotion Page and redeem their order in-store at a participating Applebee’s location, listed below.

An Applebee’s Restaurant Fundraiser

If you’re in the market for a social, profitable, and easy way to raise, an Applebee’s Restaurant Fundraiser may be just what you’re looking for. It’s deliciously simple!

How it Works

A restaurant fundraiser at Applebee’s looks like any other night at the restaurant—except a portion of sales to your group’s supporters goes straight into your fundraising account!

Making a request is a piece of cake. You just:

  1. Select a location near you
  2. Choose your fundraising dates
  3. Fill out basic information about your organization
  4. Submit your request!

Once your fundraiser is scheduled, your group will spread the word about the delicious food supporters can devour for the sake of your awesome cause. Your group can get started spreading the word through social media, word-of-mouth, and GroupRaise’s Meal Page, which will remind your supporters and community members with an email the day of the event to help make sure they come hungry!

When it comes time for your fundraiser, all you’ll need to do is let the Applebee’s waiter know you’re there to support the fundraiser, then enjoy some of that delicious Applebee’s food and have a great time with friends and family.

In the 4 to 6 weeks following your fundraiser, you’ll receive the Applebee’s donation check for 15-20% of your event’s total sales! Just by gathering together for a delicious meal, your organization’s supporters will have boosted your group’s budget so you’ll be able to relax and focus on changing the world until your next restaurant fundraiser!

Easy as pie! (Or BBQ wings, bacon cheeseburgers, and cheesy pretzel sticks.)

Which fundraiser is best for my group?

Applebee’s offers two great ways to fundraise, but which is the best fit for your needs?

The Applebee’s restaurant fundraiser requires more group involvement than the Applebee’s Boneless Wings Fundraising Campaign, but the process of hosting a charitable meal and spending time with family and friends can be exciting and fun. Your organization will walk away having earned 15-20% of the evening’s total sales with no cap or risk involved.

The Applebee’s Boneless Wings Fundraising Campaign is usually the more relaxed and lower-stress of the two fundraising options. Your supporters simply purchase Boneless Wings and redeem at their nearest participating Applebee’s location and your organization receives a donation of 50% of the price of each order! Hosting an Applebee’s Boneless Wings Fundraising Campaign provides an opportunity to engage with your local community. It’s a chance to build connections, raise awareness about your organization, and create a positive impact within your community.

When deciding which fundraiser is best, consider how much time and commitment your team is able to put into fundraising. Are you looking for the higher-commitment, hands-on experience an Applebee’s Restaurant Fundraiser will bring? Or is something but a bit more fun and laid back better for your group right now?

Whichever option you choose, you really can’t go wrong when digging into some delicious food with an awesome company like Applebee’s!
