Setting up your Blaze Pizza Fundraiser

In just a few clicks, you can schedule your own Blaze Pizza fundraising event by following the steps below:

  1. Select your Blaze Pizza location.
  2. Choose a date and time that works for your group.
  3. Fill out some key information about your group, including the expected number of guests. 
  4. Hit Submit.

** Please note: Blaze Pizza requires a W9 form to approve your event. You can attach it to your profile or send it to the restaurant contact. You do not need to be a non-profit organization to fill out a W9 form. More information on a W9 Form here.


The restaurant will have 7 days to respond to your request, and you will need to book at least 14 days in advance, so you have plenty of time to spread the word. 


Once the restaurant confirms your event, it’s time to start promoting! Log into your social media accounts and notify your friends, family, and supporters about your Blaze Pizza fundraising event. 


Spread your event’s GroupRaise Meal Page, so supporters can RSVP and get a reminder on the day of the fundraiser. The more people that attend, the more you’ll raise for your organization. Then, on the day of your fundraiser, enjoy delicious pizza while supporting your organization at the same time! Finally, the restaurant will send you a check with the total amount of donations 4-6 weeks after your event.
