How do I organize a McAlister’s fundraiser?
McAlister’s has made it simple for local organizations to request a restaurant fundraiser with them. Simply:
- Select a location near you
- Pick a date and time
- Provide basic information about your organization
- Submit your request!
Requests should be submitted at least 2 weeks in advance so the restaurant has enough time to confirm the event and prepare for your group!
Once your event is confirmed, it’s time to spread the word! Every McAlister’s fundraiser that your organization hosts must have at least 20 RSVPs. Attendees can be family, friends, members, or anyone that will come to support your event!
The more people you bring, the merrier! Every person that comes to the restaurant during your event and says they’re with your organization will have 20% of their bill added to your donation total!
After the event, McAlister’s will send you the check for the total within 4-6 weeks.
