Signing Up for a Papa John’s Fundraising Event

Making a request takes just 1 min:

  1. Choose a Papa John’s location near you
  2. Select a convenient date and time for your group
  3. Fill in your group information and estimate how many people will RSVP
  4. Click submit!

All groups are welcome to fundraise at Papa John’s!

Get that request sent at least 2 weeks before your intended fundraising date so that the restaurant has time to respond to your request.

In the weeks and days leading up to your event, just spread the word to your group’s supporters. Make flyers, social media posts, go door-to-door, and share your event’s customized GroupRaise Meal Page so supporters can RSVP and get an email reminder on the day of your event!

On the day of your event, just show up and get ready to enjoy some tasty pizza! Let the restaurant staff know that you are dining in support of your group and 15% of your order will go towards your cause.

Finally, within 4-6 weeks after your fundraiser, Papa John’s will send your organization a check for 15% of the sales from your group.

What’s more, there’s no limit to the amount of fundraisers you can host with Papa John’s – so go all out if you want!
